Race Course: The 5k course is a fun, scenic tour around Braintree: through Braintree Square, past Sunset Lake, through Five Coners, and past Thayer Academy to return to Braintree Town Hall.

NUMBER PICKUP: Bib number and packet pickup for all preregistered runners will be available at on Saturday, May 5th, 11-3 at Marathon Sports, 134 Washington Street, Norwell
 
RACE TEES: Race t-shirts are reserved for the first 300 registrants of the race.

PARKING: Parking is available in designated areas of the Town Hall parking lot and Braintree Library.  Additional parking is available at Thayer Academy. The race site is also convenient to the Braintree MBTA station.

RESTROOMS: Are available inside Braintree Town Hall.

PERSONAL ITEMS: Unfortunately we are not equipped to manage or handle any personal items from any race participants. We will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, so please do your best to bring only what is needed to the race, and store any extraneous items in your car or a similar safe place.

POST RACE FOOD: AWESOME VENDORS with us this year.  They will all be providing samples for runners and spectators. In short, you will not go home hungry, thirsty, or empty-handed.

AWARDS: Race awards will be given to:

- the top three male and female adult 5k finishers, plus $100 prize for first place male & female adults

PLUS Trophies for:

- top three male and female 5k teen finishers

- top three male and female 5k finishers under age 12

- top three male and female 1 mile finishers under age 12

- top three male and female 1 mile finishers under age 6

 EACH first place finisher will also receive a $20 gift certificate to Marathon Sports!!!
